An item is missing

If you find that your order has only been partially delivered, this may be because other items are being dispatched from a different location. However, if your order is obviously incomplete, in excess of the original order or if you wish to change or cancel your order please contact;

My order did not arrive

If your order has not arrived please contact us immediately by phone or e-mail. We will see that our delivery specialists locate it. On confirmation of its location, we will contact you with details of when the delivery can be expected. In the instance that the order has not been dispatched or received, you will have the option of cancelling the order. If your order did not arrive please contact us on;

A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods. Returns can be made through either of these options;

  • Returns via courier collection
    Complete our online form including: order and stock number, the reason for the return and whether you want a refund or a replacement. We will e-mail further instructions to you and arrange for the courier to collect the product you wish to return - free of charge, if the goods are incorrect, damaged or faulty.
  • Returns via the main Odel store
    Simply take the dispatch note and the product you wish to return or exchange to the main store and inform the sales assistant you bought it online.

 

E-Gift Vouchers

E-Gift Vouchers are available up to any amount in denomination of US$25. You now have the opportunity to give someone the chance to select a gift that their heart really desires. By being able to pay for it online via credit card, you too can have a convenient shopping experience.

  • Terms and Conditions of Use: E-Gift Vouchers
  • Your credit card will be billed for your E-Gift Voucher upon purchase (pending credit card authorisation). Your E-Gift recipient will be notified of their Voucher via e-mail/telephone on the day you purchase it, along with a courtesy e-mail to you.
  • Cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
  • The expiration date is six moths (6) from the date of purchase.
  • When paying for a purchase with an E-Gift Voucher, and if  the purchase amount exceeds the available E-Gift Voucher balance, the remaining amount must be paid by credit card at the time of billing.
