Customer Service Officers

This is a rare opportunity to join Sri Lanka’s only department store. We are looking for motivated energetic, outgoing individuals who have a passion for customer service.

You will be placed in one of our leading stores and will be working with our sales team to ensure our customers are provided with the highest quality service.

Key elements of this role include but are not limited to:

• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Directing calls to appropriate departments
• Following standard operating procedures, policies and processes
• Solving customer inquiries
• Identifying and highlighting improvement opportunities to team members and supervisors

Prerequisites:

• Be 18 years or above.
• Hold a distinction in O/L English
• Possess outstanding communication skills in English
• Professional telephone manner
• Punctual and dependable
• Available on Weekends
• Detail Oriented
