- An item is missing
If you find that your order has only been partially delivered, this may be because other items are being dispatched from a different location. However, if your order is obviously incomplete, in excess of the original order or if you wish to change or cancel your order, please email info@eodel.com or telephone on +94 (0)11-4625700 or +94 (0)11-2882125 between 9am and 7pm, 7 days a week (Sri Lankan local time: +5.5hrs GMT).
- My order did not arrive
If your order has not arrived please contact us immediately by phone or email. We will contact our delivery specialists and locate it. On confirmation of its location, we will contact you with details of when delivery can be expected. In the instance that the order has not been dispatched or not received, you will have the option of canceling the order. - An Item is damaged or defective
If your order is damaged please email info@eodel.com or telephone on +94 (0)11-4625700 or +94 (0)11-2882125, Skype : ODEL.ON.LINE between 9am and 7pm, 7 days a week (Sri Lankan local time: +5.5hrs GMT). A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods. Returns can be made through either of these options:
1). Returns via courier collection
Complete our online form including: order number, stock number, the reason for the return and whether you want a refund or a replacement.
We will email further instructions to you and arrange for the courier to collect the product you wish to return - free of charge if the goods are incorrect, damaged or faulty.2). Returns via the Main ODEL store
Simply take the dispatch note and the product you wish to return or exchange to the main store and tell the sales assistant you bought it online.

Your credit card will be billed for your e-gift certificate upon purchase (pending credit card authorization). Your E-Gift recipient will be notified about the E-Gift Certificate for him/her via e-mail/telephone on the day you designate, with a courtesy e-mail to you.

Terms and Conditions of Use
- The expiration date for E-Gift Certificates is three (3) months from the date of purchase.
- E-Gift Certificates are gift certificates which are bought online in denomination of US$ 25.
- Each US$ 25 E-Gift Certificate must be used in full in a single purchase at ODEL, 5 Alexandra Place, Colombo 7.
- Each E-Gift Certificate is valued at the US$ rate effective at ODEL, at time of redeeming
- If your E-Gift Certificates become accidentally damaged, please contact Customer Service at ODEL, 5 Alexandra Place, Colombo 7.
- E-Gift Certificates may not be exchanged for cash nor used for online purchases.
- When paying for a purchase with an E-Gift Certificate, and the purchase amount exceeds the available E-Gift Certificate balance, the remaining order amount must be paid by cash or credit card at the time of billing.
ODEL Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates can also be bought at ODEL. Gift certificates may be bought in denominations of LKR 500, 1000 and 2500. Simply visit any cashier and select from a range of designs including ‘Birthday’, ‘Congratulations’ and ‘For You’ designs.

- Gift certificates may not be exchanged for cash nor used for online purchases.
